and I have worn this style for years, I just wish that after a few washings and wears that the straps didn't fold over and cut into my shoulders. I have tried a few other brands and though the straps were more comfy, either the support wasn't very good or my breasts got shoved up into my armpits. Try walking around like that all day long. This, for me, is a great bra, just make the straps wider.

I could no longer find the #458 Lilyette minimizer bra, but the #428 looks similar, so I purchased it thinking it might be similar, and it was a big disappointment. I would say, unless you are going for the "rocks in a sock" look popularized by one of John Belushi's characters on Saturday Night Live, avoid this bra like the plague. Unlike the #458, there is absolutely zero support for the lower half of your breast area so they just hang there without any shaping or support whatsoever. Also if you are a little shy about the outline of the nipple area showing, the fabric of this bra clings like plastic wrap, living nothing to the imagination!

Although this bra is more comfortable than the Lilyette 458, it isn't as pretty and it doesn't minimize as much as I'd hoped. Lilyette discontinued the 458 which was a GREAT minimizer with prettier detailing and more lace on the cups. This one is much flimsier and my blouses gap open with this one -- the 458 really did a much better job. Bring back the 458 minimizer!! This one just doesn't cut it.

if you are small frame with a big bust, this is for you. it is: pretty, comfortable and gives great support. i got two and i love them!

The bra fit well, does not weigh down on my shoulders, and looks terrific. I'm very pleased with the Lilyette Pearl 38DDD. It is hard to find a bra this size that looks good and fits well. Good on ya!
