I don't wear it, but my wife says it gets the job done. As a matter of fact, she going to get another in grey.

"Although this bra is comfortable and doesn't cause "uniboob", my one compliant is that the plastic connector between the cups and the straps (don't know what they're called) slips vertically when the straps are adjusted to comfort, bunching up the material on both sides."
